Aoife is a highly qualified and experienced Yoga teacher and Massage practitioner who ran a busy Yoga and Therapy studio full-time in Cork. She now offers yoga, massage & horseback riding here in Crestone CO.

Horseback Riding and Lessons

Aoife also grew up with horses and loves working at the local stables where she boards her horse Zuda and really enjoys teaching lessons and leading trail rides. Basically Aoife loves life in Crestone and enjoys being able to share some of her many passions in life with her family, friends and visitors.
Individual or group Trail rides are an amazing way to explore the area!!

Enjoy the stunning scenery and closely connect to natures energy by enjoying a guided trail ride led by Aoife from the local Baca Grande Stables. There are many amazing trails to choose from.
